Posted under: Category | 23 January 2008
Learn how to organize and gather a 3-Month food storage supply which can help you in times of adversity such as job loss, financial difficulties, disasters, and medical emergencies. You will see a brief overview of the new LDS Church home storage guidelines and learn the value of gathering a 3-Month food storage supply, water, and emergency funds, FIRST before you focus on long-term foods. This is a good, …
This is a good, basic overview of current guidelines for food storage as advocated by the LDS church. I know that food storage can be a difficult thing to sell to those who have never had the blessing of empty cupboards. Yes, blessing, because now I know all too well the necessity of emergency preparation.
This isn’t your grandmother’s food storage. Canned goods and online bulk sellers make it easy and far tastier to store food than ever in our history. One can at a time, if you need to.
