This vid convinced ...
This vid convinced me to go out and make my own survival kit today. Another thing I found that works is those coughlan waterproof match container/ survival tools works well to hold a survival fishing system in. It provides added redundancy and backups and it takes the same amount of space. Everything else is pretty much the same. I got that condor EMT pouch in Digital Camo on Amazon today also. Thanks for the great vid. 5/5.

nutnfancy does have ...
nutnfancy does have alot of first aid videos however he isn't my first choice for expert advice on them. I am a Army Combat Medic and have reviewed his kits comparing to his knowledge of how to use them and for him and others without the proper training his kits are more trouble than they are worth. You should never pack a kit with stuff you are not trained to use. I personally design kits for Redcross/FEMA/Army and many other orgs.

Thanks for your ...
Thanks for your suggestions This kit has been upgraded a bit since making this video, so I have made room to keep the light inside the kit itself. Prior to that, I did carry the light on the outside quite a bit with no problem. Better safe than sorry. Take Care.

pretty good kit and ...
pretty good kit and video, I would trade the knife for a multi-tool, pliers can be handy. Also a good lighter, and most importantly the flahlight holder is not good. My flashlight has been knocked out of more secure holders than that one. Its very easy to lose loose things when your moving along in the wilderness. Atleast put a fastener over the top to keep it from popping out.
